I suggest you in tri-folder brochure your given text is not suitable please short your content as per design standard if you give a huge then no one read this the name enough catch this strategy. It will be very helpfull to you.

Hi Contest Holder,

Please submit all the photos that you want to include and brief for all the six pages. This would help all the designers to know exactly the amount of content that should be in the final product and can design accordingly. Also if you can provide a vector (.eps/.pdf/.ai) file for the logo that would be great too.

Hello,
I did not see the most of the items in the "requirements" section not uploaded for us to build the brochure with.. Ie: interior shot, hours, services prices etc.. are those going to be given to the winner to plug in? or can you going to supply those now?
I will make a mock-up of the brochure with placement text until those items are provided.
