* An Overview / Background of the Business & Services

- I’ve been in the construction industry since 05’ when I took my first job out of school. I’ve worked in commercial and multi-family mainly…but have also owned and managed a property management company and remodeled a house that I own to the extent that it was borderline a new build. I’m looking to help people reach their remodeling/construction needs, whether that be a reno or ground up. I have a reputable list of vendors that I use, and put their bids on the hot seat with other vendors to determine not only who is the low bid, but also who is best fit for the job. I also have architects and engineers that I have used for design services on my new builds.

* The Target Market / Audience you are trying to reach
- Anyone in the East/Central Austin market looking for remodeling or turnkey build services. Turnkey includes everything from demoing an existing house on a lot, to completing a new home designed to their specifications.

* Design Specifics; any preferences or ideas for Style, Color, Imagery, etc
- Natural colors like (concrete) gray and (wood) brown, but with a cool blue or green for the name to make it Pop maybe? Not sure until I see options where to take it. Imagery would be similar to “home profile, hammer, skeleton of a house (studs), etc.”
