Graphic Design Brief

I need signs designed for each hole of an 18-hole course.

Each sign will be have a similar design, but different information on each (such as the hole number, yardage, name of the hole, etc.).

Just to be clear, I just need ONE DESIGN. And, then the different course layouts & information can be pasted for each hole, once selected.

The theme of the course is the historical champions of golf, so a historical emphasis would be great. Each hole is named after a golfer.

Sign size: 24-inches wide X 15-inches high.

The sign must contain:
-Hole Number
-Hole Yardage
-Hole layout
-Name of Hole
-Picture of Golfer
-Description?
-Logo of course

I attached a sample to give you an idea of what a sign looks like (but it needs to have all the above information and in the dimension listed above). Also attached, the course layout for the first 6 holes, and the logo.
