Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for a new company based out of New Zealand,
initially designing ski gloves with a plan to design all ski outerwear in the future. The product will be designed and made in New Zealand using New Zealand products and sold to the global market. A more boutique brand it will be priced mid-high end. Our designs are 'clean' and functional, using only the best leathers and aimed at skiers/snowboarders of all ages and abilities. We would like our logo to be easily recognisable on any garments, hardwear and stickers. It should be sharp, funky, edgy yet clean looking.
