Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for a company that will be dedicated to offering online courses law. Our idea is that the logo off a laptop with the scales of justice therein and the lyrics to "e-lawrning" be lowercase. We would like to work in blue tones. Also we attach a document with the idea with which we have worked but we want to be more abstract and background so you can insert either on the web and in the documentation of the company
