Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a company that is relocating to Texas. Our first project is to build a 22,000 residence for a CEO. The design should encompass a high end feel. We prefer modern lines (in lieu of script font, etc.) and prefer more subtle logos (no houses or direct associations).

Customers building 3,500 SF+, with a focus on high end construction and finishes.
