Banner Ad Design Brief

I need a banner design. The website is under construction at www.enjoyleading.com

Name: Enjoy Leading
Tagline: Leadership Inspiration for busy people

This is a leadership development and executive coaching site. The past site is live at www.leadershiplearn.com. (so you can get a sense of the content)

The audience are (BUSY) executives, senior managers, leaders and top professionals, so the feel needs to be highly professional but also modern and fresh. I want to communicate energy but also solid and trust worthy and not too new agey. The audience are also people with strong social values who want to change things - so not too corporate (Ie suits!)

I would like the design to be floating on a white background, very clean and simple. I am attracted to reds or sunset (burn orange crimson colors.) But totally open to any color ideas.
I am giving an open brief for your ideas.
Here are the dimensions 960px wide, roughly 190px height.

  Maybe less corporate than I initially thought.
  Am am trying for inspiration /inspiring whilst still being professional.
  Please can the design be floating in a white background so that the web page is borderless - A bit like it is in http://goodlifezen.com/
  Please no chess pieces, jigsaw pieces, cartoon images, cliche leadership images. Not too corporate (Ie suits!)
