Logo Design Brief

I am looking to brand a new construction apartment building which will be located within the Wheeling Town Center development project.

The Town Center already has a logo (see attached images) but I think the apartment building needs its own branding and logo.

the logo should have a rustic look and feel that works with a barnwood background, but can also work with a black or white background. other colors can be introduced, bot are not necessary
