In correct. Sherry has a very wide color spectrum, ranging from pale straw to amber to deep chocolate. And all are good.

I hear ya, but the consumer is always correct right? I thought I would throw my perception of a good product to you. I knew what you wanted so if you are sticking with that I will take another kick at the can!

Not sure what mean by the consumer is always right in this regard. The perception of Sherry being deep chocolate in colour is a misconception we are working to change through education and modern labels.

Will all of your bottles be dark brown which I believe they currently are, or are you considering clear ones for the lighter colored sherrys
