Hi, Regarding the flash banner, i could provide you a design but it would be better if you approve on one layout (one size) then the winning designer to resize in flash cos its more than just moving layout around to resize, it involves the animation frame adjustment plus it would be complicated to revise all 4 for every revision. This is perfect. Very happy to approve a series of keyframes in photoshop and approve the 300x250 first and then roll this out to flash. Then when that is approved we roll it out to the final sizes.
