Illustration Design Brief

We are a new online company that brings together local businesses and happy shoppers. We provide a website that allows local businesses to list their profile online, create deals/coupons, and allow customers to read about and review businesses and of course buy/shop for goods/services via deals and coupons. Effectively, we represent a social network that brings business and people together in a positive environment. Our target reach is global.

Our landing page can be seen at www.happty.com (not our latest logo though - that can be seen in the uploaded images)

We currently have a logo which is a happy face (Double PP's). We have provided this in the images. Our current colours are blue, red and orange.

What we need to accompany our logo is a design of a small group of people looking happy and having fun shopping (and could also be socialising) in a city environment.

So for example a group of shoppers in front of a city landscape.

There are two images attached (happty1.jpg & happty2.jpg) – these were done as a concept design which we quite like however these were based on “royalty images”.

Our design must be 100% unique and totally owned by us. With full rights to them for unrestricted use as we require.

We are looking for something abstract that compliments our logo. It’s important for the image to show that the people are happy and having fun. Shopping, Happiness, Cool and Fun are the elements we want in our theme.

We have also attached images of our Business Cards - front and back.

Requirements

Must have

• Our theme is happy and fun so we would like the graphic to be something that looks fun and compliments our Happty face logo.
  
  1) We would like an abstract group of people that look like they are having fun and are happy
  2) it must be mixed gender and a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 8 people
  3) they could be shopping and socialising as our site will cater for shopping, entertainment etc.
  4) We would also like an abstract city landscape in the background.
  

Nice to have

• If our happty smile or a smile can be incorporated in the image that would be a bonus
  
  It would be great if we could use these as three separate graphics (people, city landscape, people and city landscape for our online images, business cards and flyers etc. – if not then our primary requirement is for people and city landscape
  
  Going forward we will potentially want to add to these graphics eg. Sports people, family’s etc. and we may also want to change the city landscape …
