From your brief I understood that you are looking for a banner of 9"X12'. But I don't know whether it is for Printing purpose of web purpose.
Please confirm.
In case of printing we need to create the design in 300DPI where for web we need to create the design in 72DPI.

And please make your project guaranteed.

It's what the US post office calls a flat envelope. This is 9 inches by 12 inches. I thought I checked guarantee button. I'll look.
