I need a logo design for my own private practice as a consultant physician in geriatric medicine. The logo is to be located at the top of correspondence letter. My service is to provide a comprehensive health assessment for anyone over 65 year old. My specialty interests include chronic pain management,cognition dementia memory, continence, falls review, medication review, aged care facility reviews and complex chronic disease optimisation. I like the logo to be sleek, sophisticated and formal. The logo should communicate dignity, honesty, respect and autonomy. The colour choice should reflect the aforementioned qualities.
