  1) Home; 2) Auctions; 3) Appraisals; 4) Real Estate; 5) FAQ; 6) About Us; 7) Contact Us.
  
  Site will have overall layout of https://www.goldbely.com/featured/regions/the-northeast. Home page will have logo and navigation at top. The navigation bar will also have social media icons (facebook, Google+, RSS, twitter) inside it. There will be text in the content area - use lorem ipsum. The image attached will be used below text (auctions.jpg) . Footer will have smaller company loogo, the attached affiliation logos and social media icons.
  
  Logo attached. Color scheme will be black, gray, and red as accent color.

Nice to have

• navigation will have dropdowns, nice to have one represented - under auctions 'All Auctions' will be dropdown.
