Banner Ad Design Brief

Looking for a banner/header design for www.homeimprovementrealities.com Should be fun and whimsical, and include the name of the website, something to do with home improvement or tools, and a caricature of a young, beautiful 20 something blond who the website revolves around. The website is about a young woman who bought her first house and it taking on all of the renovations and remodeling on her own for the first time.

The header/banner should include the same colors that are in the website. The width should be no more than 430 pixels, the height is flexible but the current space in the header is 85 pixels...looking for some creativity. any questions, please ask. Attached an image that she liked for the image of the woman (would like to see versions of this included)
