Web Design Brief

For years, I've been doing my own web design. It's very primitive. Here are two examples:

http://www.philadelphiaanimalcontrol.org/
http://www.napawildliferemoval.com/

I'm hoping to get a slick-looking design to upgrade one or more of my websites. Here are some examples of nice-looking sites that other guys have:

http://www.allpawswildlife.com/
http://www.wvwildliferemoval.com/
http://advancedwildlifecontrolllc.com/

If you need photographs to incorporate into the design, I have several hundred copyrighted good ones that you can use, for this design ONLY, no others: http://www.247wildlife.com/wildlifecontrolphotos.htm

I am new to designcrowd. Apparently with this design I don't get any code. If we can work out an extra deal in which you provide working code to go with the site design, I would be happy to pay.

Requirements
Nice to have
  • I've seen websites that have photos that automatically change, such as this site:

    http://www.urbanwildlifecontrol.com/

That would be a nice feature, although I'm not sure that's something site designers do, since that's part of the code. Maybe include a place for rotating photos.
Should not have
  • No need for links to twitter, facebook, blog, etc. This is a pretty simple site.
