Logo Design Brief

I am starting a consulting business called "SOULsultant" where I provide executive coaching, leadership development workshops, and culture assessments (coaching, curiosity, culture). I help leaders build high performing teams in a way that aligns with what their souls know is good. I am also passionate about nurturing the curiosity, spirit and talents of future leaders, so that they can courageously and authentically make their mark on the world. I specialize in transitioning individual contributors and technical experts to leaders of people, because I have been through this transition myself. Everyone has a leadership superpower, which I will find through curiosity, pattern recognition, and diving into the unspoken as a facilitator, consultant and coach. It would be awesome if someone could help me find a way to communicate that business results don't have to come at the expense of people's soul and spirit in my logo. I would also love to have a logo that could easily transition into a logo for an app some day. Thanks for your help and I look forward to seeing what you come up with soon!
