Logo Design Brief

I'm want to commemorate participation in a winning team by making a team 'mission' patch. I thinking of something like the NASA mission patches (http://history.nasa.gov/mission_patches.html or http://thelivingmoon.com/45jack_files/03files/Mission_Patches_Their_Source_and_Meaning_004.html). We will actually turn these into physical patches, so please be mindful of that when submitting designs.

The first project I'd like to capture in a mission patch is called the Nursing Data Portal. Essentially this is a data product that brings together a lot of data around nursing and makes it easily available to help make management decisions. The key themes are nursing and data. Be creative and fun.
