Logo Design Brief
I am a dentist that practices Oral Medicine and Orofacial Pain. I need a brand that I can put on my business cards, referral pads, stationary, etc. that people will instantly recognize as mine.
Updates
I keep getting designs that either have nothing to do with oral medicine (circles, odd shapes, etc.) or teeth. Oral medicine is a discipline that deals with complex pain issues (TMJ disorders, headaches, nerve disorders, etc.). The profile of a face, head, etc. would be great. A lower jaw profile, emphasis on the jaw joint. This kind of thing, not teeth.

okay. we're not getting anywhere with the whole facial pain, etc. logos. so, let's try something different. let's try something that is calming. serene. something that will identify people with me. i try to be a fairly grounded person. i exercise (sometimes). i do yoga (often). perhaps an image of a bohdi tree or something of the like. maybe with roots extending to my name (dr. tom shackleton). masculine. approachable. trustworthy. interested & invested in your health. basic colours, nothing crazy. simple yet bold. (red makes people think of blood. okay, it makes me think of blood). make the design simple, not overloaded.
let's give that a shot.
