Wordpress Design Brief

We are looking for a Wordpress theme that does the following:
- Uses our school colors: green and gold/yellow (not a true requirement as these colors can be pretty ugly)
- Works on all mobile devices and scales properly
- We are an Arts and Technology school so we would like the design to be clean, vibrant, and yet make use of HTML5
- Unique design
