Business Card Design Brief

I want a card that will stand out among the masses. I need the color and image to show professionalism and yet have a family appeal showing that I only deal with win/win scenarios. The back of the card will be used to take notes about the individual so I can use that in my database entry. I like modern design but need professionalism in it also. It needs to fit my "clean, safe, and affordable housing" motto. I need to be able to write on the file and update the card details for my employees.
