Illustration Design Brief

We need Portrait/Headshot illustrations created in Photoshop that have a special effect based on the attached examples.

We are a team of 5 people. We do sales and marketing consulting. Currently, all our headshots are too different and we need to make them all look similar.

You will need to deep etch the photos supplied - all existing backgrounds should be completed removed. Then you'll need to treat with effects in Photoshop to render them more like etched illustrations in appearance. The final file type I need from you is .psd

The background colour for each headshot should be different. Background colours should be taken from the attached RevenueBuilder logo symbol; for example, our logo is made up of:

- a red gradient
- a lime greed gradient
- an organe gradient
- a darker green gradient

It's very important that each of the 5 portraits looks like they're part of the same series. We are a team, and it must be very obvious that it's all the same effect.
