A contemporary logo for a residential housing community on the river. It is located in a small town in wine county in Canada.It should emulate healthy, young, green space, walkability.

I like simple clean modern fonts, with the colours green, blue, possibly yellow. No red colours, no scrolly font.

I like the font attached. But don't want it copied...
