Logo Design Brief
We need a logo designed for a home building company operating in southern California and Arizona. We will build homes on our lots or yours, and have several plans to choose from. Design should be simple & classy without being ostentatious.
Our target market will be a mix of second/vacation homes, primary family residences, a percentage of RV owners. Majority of buyers will be boomers.

Nice to have
- A "mark" that will be identifiable across various media we will be using in combination with the company name and project names. The attached logo was used by a previous company. Included because this form forced some sort of photo. I like it, but new one need not be similar
