Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for my real estate company. The name of the company is "Tesoro Del Valle Realty" which translates to "treasure of the valley". My ideas for the logo are a house coming out of a treasure chest, a key unlocking a treasure chest, or unlocking the door on the house in the treasure chest, maybe a graphic in the background of a valley, or the treasure chest sitting on a hill, or? I'd also like to include a tag line under the company name like, "Unlocking the Treasures of the Valley since 2004"
