Hello! We need a logo and tagline for a real estate company in Florida, US. The realtor would like a logo that as an agent she can help people buy and sell houses. In this resort area, some people want to buy a bigger house (upsize), buy a smaller home (downsize) if they are older and no longer need a large house., or buy a second home. If they are downsizing , they may need someone who is caring, professional and experienced to help with resources, relocation and staging the house for sale, which the realtor can provide through her other company called Parallel 26. See attached logo of Parallel 26.
The new Naples Homes Advantage logo should be in harmony with the Parallel 26 logo, as they will often be on the same brochure, so please use similar fonts and the same colors as the Parallel 26 logo,. Consider doing the windows of the house, if you include them, to match elements of the Parallel 26 logo. See example.
The target market is wealthy so the logo should be refined. It will sometimes sit next to the Waterfront logo attached as well, so it should neither overpower, nor be under-powered, by the Waterfront logo or the Parallel 26 logo. We would be happy if you could tackle this concept.
A perfect example of an image for Naples Homes Advantage can be found at this website (http://www.dhsdevelopments.co.uk/) . However, you cannot copy this design. One very good possibility is to do something like it. We like the clean modern lines and the simplicity. We like clean designs. The other attached file is a ready-made logo I found on VistaPrint. It is the right concept but too “heavy” and the wrong colors. It also does not have the copy above nor the tagline. This logo concept represents a home that is downsizing or upsizing.
The colors should be the Waterfront blue and black.
The blue C 100 M 80 Y 0 K 0 - Please check that this is the same as the Waterfront logo and the Parallel 26 logo. They should all be the same. If not, use the Waterfront blue..
