Flyer Design Brief

I am just opening my own Real Estate Brokerage Company based in Miami, Florida. Think fun and sun.

I need a consistent brand to use across all platforms(web/print/stationary/social media/direct mail/brochures/flyers/powerpoint presentations. The winning Flyer design will then create the ancillary materials staring with the stationary and business cards.

I like a legible clean polished look. I am attaching my Logo which will be used. I have attached some content to be used in the layout of the flyer. It can be dummy text for now or edited down. I prefer visual/graphic images /icons to be used to make a point over heavy content.

Am attaching a samples of flyers that were developed for properties I had listed for sale. This is not the same objective as this project but it will show you what I like. This was when I worked for a different company but I liked the clean space and color. That said my colors should be taken from the colors in my logo.

Must have

• My Logo, Tagline "Mia Moves Miami" My name: Mia Patch, my phone number, CRS logo. My photo.
• Use the colors and complimentary colors from my logo. I like navy.
• The template for the Flyer will be used for a series of Flyers, About Mia, the Buying Process, the Selling Process, etc.
• Keep in mind that the print content "body of the letter" will be black for the stationary.
