Web Design Brief
I'm looking for a visually engaging web page/layout that I can use as the basis for a website for my Marina. I need to include page content that can be stored and updated in an include file to allow someone to easily manage content without editing html or needing to understand html.
The business is a small marina and fishing center located on the Pamlico sound in eastern North Carolina right off the Intracoastal Waterway. We offer wet slips with power, water, and wifi and also have powered RV slips for camping available. The Marina sells fuel, beer, tackle/bait, and ice. The Marina also has an island style bar (The Captain's Bar) and live music most weekends. The bar has a mascot named Cappy, short for captain, who is a black labradoodle know for diving to the bottom of the marina basin to retrieve oysters and rocks. Cappy could be incorporated as a minor design element but isn't a requirement.The marina caters to coastal sportsmen interested in sound fishing as well as offshore sport fishing. The Marina also offers fishing charters form a 32' Blackfin fishing boat w/ tuna tower.
The primary purpose of the initial version of the website is to communicate information about up coming events, music, bar specials etc... It will also be used to feature our services, fishing report and weather info, where we are located from both land and water, and a photo gallery.

Must have
- I would like animated menus incorporated into the page temple. It must also allow for the updating/storing of page content in a separate file to that an employee of the marina can update specials and events without having to understand or edit html.
Nice to have
- A photo gallery option that will present photos from a folder on the web server. Changing photos should be as easy as adding or deleting photos from the folder.
