Web Design Brief

We need a professional designer to take our existing basic mobile website and create professional mobile and desktop website designs. We need the designer to use the existing content and page structure at our current mobile website (http://www.hemeos.com/phone/index.html) for the new design. Let us know if you have suggestions on how we can improve the site map.

The design needs to feel contemporary and clean. We need to convey a very professional operation that embraces technology. PLEASE refer to the attached brochure to understand the style and feel we want the website to have.

We want to start small and quickly iterate to a larger, final product. Initial submissions should only include a desktop homepage and a mobile homepage. I WILL PROVIDE INITIAL FEEDBACK AND COMMIT MONEY TO THE PROJECT BEFORE ASKING DESIGNERS TO COMPLETE A FULL DESIGN FOR THE ENTIRE DESKTOP AND MOBILE SITE.

We are happy to email you any stock photos you see on our current site. Please feel free to ask questions.

• -All graphics/designs/content must be easily accessible in the final deliverable so we can import it into Adobe Muse for development.
• -Must be designed in Adobe.
• -Please specify different states: normal, rollover, active, etc.

• Thank you everyone for your submissions! I am very happy with the quality of submissions so I will commit to the guarantee. Please focus on my comments and submit your best 2 or 3 designers. I want to give strong feedback to all designers and it is difficult when there are many different combinations of the same design elements.
• A few quick notes to help guide future submissions:
• 1.) PICTURE CONTENT: right now the focus is on designing the landing page for our donors, so the audience is 18-24 males. We want a few medical pictures, but we mostly want to connect with our donor base. Please save the pictures of doctors for the HOSPITAL PAGE. For this main page we either want to see black or hispanic people donating blood, having fun, or being with friends and loved ones.
• 2.) HOMEPAGE CONTENT: Please use the content on www.hemeos.com/phone/index.html for homepage content guidance. We do not want to include a lot of the hospital brochure content on the homepage we want that content on the HOSPITAL PAGE).
• 3.) BLOG CONTENT: Add a section for articles/blog content. We want to feature the most recent post and small previews of the previous 2 or 3 articles.
• 4.) SOCIAL: we want our social media icons to be prominent. Either in the header or at the top of the page.
• 5.) NO PARTNERS: we don't want to include our partners on the donor homepage.
