Flyer Design Brief

We require an eye catching double sided leaflet which is for residential properties as a marketing tool to gain more business.
If you look at our website www.smartcleaninggroup.com then it may help you with more information of what we are about.

We require one side of the leaflet for our (Domestic Cleaning) Services, then the other side of the leaflet for our (Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning) Service.

The Domestic Cleaning Service Side: The services we offer are weekly, fortnightly, monthly. One Off Deep Cleans. Holiday cover provided. We also have a comprehensive insurance. You may want to use our company bullet point provided in pdf which will make it stand out and outline what we do e.g.:
-Weekly, fortnightly and Monthly Cleaning Service
-Deep Blitz Cleaning
-Covered by a Comprehensive Insurance
-Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning (see overleaf)



The Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning on the other side of the leaflet has to be eye catching!

Again use bullet points along the lines of:
-Stain Removal Specialists
-Quick Drying Time
-Fresh Deodorising Finish
-Eco Friendly

Both sides of the leaflet need a call to action eg. Call Today! Our company Telephone number which should be on the leaflet in bold is 01904 345 304 .The company email which should aslo be on there is info@smartcleaninguk.co.uk and the website which is not live yet is www.smartcleaninguk.co.uk. If you would like to add our company accreditations they are on the website and I have attached them also.
