hello - so the budget is for 10 illustrations ?

my thoughts are that 10 illustrations is a lot to design if not gauranteed to win, would you be interested in seing 3 illustrations to show case the style then choose a designer from that to finish the rest ?

It is just one page, and the header and footer is already designed. The sample page I uploaded has many more manager quotes than residents quotes. Its ok if only 10 manager quotes and 10 resident quotes are included in the final layout.

are you looking for a flat design, or you want all the html, etc?

a PSD file with layers would be best. We can code it ourselves.
