Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for a new company called 'Walker, Austen & Alexander' which can be abbreviated to WAA but not necessary. We are going to be a MODERN tea bar and I am going to be selling exclusive hot loose tea from around the world.I need the design to have a level of trust, sophistication, class, quirkiness, exclusivity and be unique, as I am trying to create a brand that people are desperate to be a part of (maybe think Harrods, Bang & Olufsen, Vertu, Rolex, Tiffany & Co etc...). I am open to most colours but the branding I am looking for will probably suit various tones of black, grey, green or maybe blues. I look forward to getting your designs. Good Luck :)
