Postcard Design Brief

My company sells houses for a fraction of what others charge. I have most of the verbiage but I am open to ideas.
Our post card will be 6.25 x 9
We need an image that goes with our words and draws people to take a look
We are playful at the same time very serious about the money we will save our clients. In the past our message has been received as too good to be true. Our old message was "save $6000* when you list with us" We think the "*" was causing people to think their was a catch. Other agents will tell people that we will not do what they will do and that is why they must charge more. We are a full service agency and we will generally do everything that other agents will do and in many cases we will do more than other agents. We are changing this industry and need our message to get to every person that is thinking of selling their home
