Logo Design Brief

Logo design needed for new rental property management company in Gainesville, Florida. I'm looking for a classical, elegant font, that is easy to read from a distance on a sign. I like the idea of incorporating a skeleton key into the company name which is Copehill Properties, Inc. I like the colors purple and green for the design. I mostly lease to college-age students attending Santa Fe Community College and the University of Florida. I also lease to some families. Most of the properties I lease are single family homes, duplexes and apartments.

Mostly college students, some married couples with/without children.
