Logo Design Brief

My current logo of 4 years is a spin off of my original logo of 30 years ago. This logo represents my organization coming full circle, hence the pattern.
I'd like to stay as true to the design as possible but would be open to minor changes. I'd like for the logo and the company name to flow, today there is NO flow.
Total Advanced Communications is a technology company specializing in voice and data communications and security applications. We are a NYC, Tri State LLC.
