Illustration Design Brief

Vitalbox is a social business enterprise that focus on public health by applying innovative healthcare services and consumer internet technology. Vitalbox offers a personalized platform of health promotion and disease prevention that puts the individual back in control of his life.

We need five illustrations to be placed on the home page, explaining the core elements of our platform. The illustration must to express core elements with no words. We need something to fill a big empty space (check out the home page attached and picture your illustration there). We will use one illustration at time, changing as a carousel, so it's important to create a illustration with several elements or something to fill the empty space.

This description below is to help you to understand what each illustration must to communicate (check out the attachments).

1 - Personally Controlled Health Record - PCHR enables an individual to own and manage a complete, secure, digital copy of her health and wellness information.
2 - Health Risk Assessments - is a process to estimate the nature and probability of adverse health effects, based on personal and family historical data, behavior and environment.
3 - Simulation of future health - "what if analysis" that emphasizes health education and behavior change.
4 - Health Challenges - a program that gives you the opportunity to the participant to advance his personal well-being by doing simple daily challenges
5 - Health Alerts and Recommendations - Recommendations based on Health Ministry Guidelines and U.S. Preventive Services Task Force (USPSTF)

The illustrations should have the same look and fell of the current home page (see attachment).
