Must have

• I have given some of logos just for your reference, you are encouraged to use the colors of reference logos and fonts as unique as reference logos.

Nice to have

• If any of you like to design the logo purely pictorial, the logo should trigger something do with property, home, real estate, villa, high-rise building if possible.

Should not have

• 1)All letters should not be in the CAPITAL letter. My first preference is all should be in the small letters like "propcore" and second preference is like "PropCore"
  2) Never ever use commonly fonts we use in our day to day life like times new roman and etc
