PowerPoint Design Brief

I have a few templates I uploaded of my old presentations and what I would like to see as a new presentation. I need 1 buyer (7-10 slides), 1 seller (8-12 slides), and 1 about me|us (4-5 slides) presentation. Those 3 would most likely contain 1-2 of the same slides and be 7-10 slides away. I would like it in power point presentation as well as pdf.

I am looking for something very clean, consistent, crisp, bright pictures (of the North Ga area.. Lake Lanier, North Ga Mtns, and the town of Forsyth County along with some really nice homes as the background). The goal is to WoW people like my friends presentation labeled AJE does and 1: tell them what they will get with the list their home with us 2: when the buy with us and 3: who we are and what we have accomplished.

If I can get going in the right direction I would like to add stationary, letterhead, etc. to the order. My goal is to have great presentations and then have my flyers and all other printed materials match.
