Our Company is West Coast Subdivisions and we service the whole Perth Metro region. We want our flyer to grab the potential clients attention and inform them of their potential opportunity to subdivide their residential property. We would like the flyer to show our logo, contact details website and maybe one eye catching, engaging picture/photo. If the Flyer could follow the same colours as our logo that would be great. Are we able to have a A5 size flyer front and back? maybe our contact information on the back? and other services that we offer?
A lot of our potential clients aren't aware their house/land is sub dividable, or even know how to do a subdivision. We would like our flyer to educate the average residential home owner of the potential of their property and make the idea of subdividing seem and easy and accessible. Something along the lines of "Looking to Subdivide? Not sure if your property is sub-dividable?
