Logo Design Brief

We're looking for a logo for a property company and property auction website. This is two logos. Both ventures are new and there is as yet no "look and feel" to maintain.

The property company is called "Live the Life Property Ltd".
The property deals in land, development of new build housing and commercial property and provides property services.
The company strap line is "We provide better places".

The property auction website is called "PropertyBidder365.com"
This website is listing properties for sale at an upcoming auction. Properties are domestic and commercial. The website strap line is "Everyone can bid"

Logos should be professional and clean. They need to show a big successful and confident company. Suitable for websites and letterheads and sign boards. No more than two colours. Once the design is finalised designers should be able to confirm the logo colours, and font details. One logo with the strap line and one without should be provided.

No orange, red please.
