Logo Design Brief

Hello, we need a logo design for our cloud system for tax consultants in germany. The logo shall be a signet or a process graphic with the text "CBT-Solutions.de" or "cbt-solutions.de" and a subclaim "...und Sie buchen in Echtzeit" (...and you are booking / handle tax vouchers in real-time). Our system is able to transfer the tax vouchers of the clients in real-time to the tax consultants easy and absolutly secure. These are our main unique selling points: real-time, secure and easy. The logo shall be in a light green or blue (at the moment i think blue will be better, but maybe it looks like better in green?) and we need a favicon, too, please. A process plan could be: client -> cloud -> tax consultant -> client. I think the logo shall habe a repectable look & feel, too. Thank you very much for you ideas! :-)
