Web Design Brief

Create a Web Design (Coded - Design and coding required)
Designer must provide full implementation/coding depending on the platform chosen by the client we'd prefer wordpress type CMS system.

We need a modern and bold website setup for our chemical distribution company. It will need to be like a web store however, no purchases take place on the website only inquiries. So for example the customer can go to a product and click on a button that brings up an inquiry window, they populate that with their information and it sends me an email with the inquiry.

We need it done 3 times pretty much the same but maybe a different colour scheme for each industry. for example on the welcome screen we want 3 icons /pictures ie: plastic, resin, industrial. When the customer clicks on the industry they need it directs them to the specific area that is perhaps on a subdomain or somewhere on the main domain but with no relation to the other industries I hope this makes sense. The layout would be the same but their should be some difference such as colours etc.

The site needs to have a powerful search engine that is very accurate.

It will have about 40,000 products and needs to be able to upload our products via an excel spreed sheet.

We need it to look graphically amazing and very easy to use for the customer.

It will also need to have a blog section that we can upload blogs to daily with different sub categories for things such as experiments, news etc.

The front page needs to be have a banner/advertisement window that is easy for us to change with new specials/deals that we bring out.

Basically the site needs to be easy to navigate, easy to get to products and inquire and needs to have a wow factor.

We also need a special requess page that gives the customers the facility to request a product that they can't find on our website.

I need to stress the importance of a search engine on the site that can handle searching through all the products.

We will also give you the words and you will need to put those on to the pages.

You will also be required to upload our catalogue via CSV or Excel to the site on final completion.
