Logo Design Brief

I am looking for a design for my construction company building high end residential homes. I work hands on building each home with my crew and want to portray that. I would like to see a logo that incorporated the first letters in my name SA. An idea in mind is having the S look like a hammer coming down on the A which would look like the frame of a house. Other Ideas are welcomed. I like the colors blue and red to be incorporated. I attached an image of my idea but would want to see different interpretations or suggestions based on that idea. I want a clean polished look that will appeal to high end clientele.
