Logo Design Brief

We are currently redesigning our website and would like to review our current logo design which has been used for over 30 years and is well accepted by our clients as our brand. The current logo merges our heritage and linkages between the local people of New Zealand (Maori) and our industry; forestry. The current design takes a vertical posture and we would like to be able to have variations of our current well known branded logo to suit different layouts such a square, circular or landscape positioning. For example I have attached a screenshot of one of our website designs we are reviewing and looking for a logo suitable to place in this area. Also having a FAVICON for the website would be useful and so have a square or circular design is also beneficial. Would like to stay true to the original logo if possible in some way. Wording is optional depending on shade and configuration and great to have suggestions with and without "Interpine Innovation". Who are we? A professional services company working for government and corporate forestry. www.interpine.co.nz will provide some context.
