Logo Design Brief
We need a logo design for a restaurant in the Westchase area of Tampa, FL. We are on Countryway Blvd and Linebaugh Ave. in the Publix shopping center. The current restaurant (McDivot's) has been around for over 20 years, however is being remodeled with a name change. The new name of the restaurant is Stone's Throw. We are a sports themed family bar/restaurant, we have around 20 TVs and attract a diverse crowd of sports enthusiasts. Our vision is to keep the sports crowd as well as attract the local families in the area, as this area is suburban with many families/children. The specialties of the restaurant are chicken wings (we are known for our wings) and oysters (one of the few places who serves them in the area), burgers, and "American" style foods. The redesign of the restaurant will have a stone accent wall which will house a diverse offering of craft beer. We are open to color schemes in the logo design, and would like to communicate a warm and welcoming feel. We are a local restaurant who needs to connect to the community.

Nice to have
- It would be great to be able to have the logo imply that the restaurant is just a Stone's Throw away, the local go to place. Also like the idea of "throwing a stone across the water" (like when you throw a stone and it skips on the water). However, open to your creative ideas, as the focus is the name.
