Logo Design Brief

Changing the name of my Indian restaurant and I need a new logo.We specialise in fine dining, but we also offer take away.I am looking for something sophisticated that also suggests Indian restaurantI would like to have "Indian flavour" in big letters and "authentic Indian cuisine" in smaller letters underneath. The logo should contain the colour gold somewhere.

Please try to put the logo on a brown background, the logo and texts should be gold and white.

Please see attached file for the logo that we like and please design something similar which will not infringe the copyright of the original artist.
