Logo Design Brief

1. WuKong is the only part of the name that has to be in logo form. The rest can be in another font.
2. If possible, I would like the logo to include the monkey king(song wu kong) from which the name is based off of in a minimal and subtle fashion. Since this is a language institute for adults and kids alike, we want to be playful in a start up like fashion while still maintaining a professional/edgy aesthetic.
3. We would like to possibly include the symbols for Chinese tones for those words, the fourth and the first tone. It would like this written with the tones: wùkōng
4. We would like to use geometric elements as well as representations of minimal Chinese elements such as suzhou windows(look at photos attached).
5. File format: We need the logo in PSD, Ai, and a jpeg format.
6. Color Palette; we are open to most ideas, but blue and gold with an additional accent color is what I was originally going for.
7. If possible, we would like to include the the monkey motif in some way in the name(perhaps in the o), but this isn't mandatory.

Target Market(s)

10-45 year olds interested in learning Chinese. I am targeting both younger kids as well as professionals, so the logo should be a little playful while being edgy enough to resonate with adults.
