T-shirt Design Brief

I'm in the process of starting a T-shirt (leading up to making hoodies, jackets, sweatshirts/pants, etc) line for kids, inspired by my son, PJ. He has this brown teddy bear with glasses, that he absolutely loves, so I would like for the mascot of this line, as well as the first main shirt design to be a teddy bear dressed like a cool kid, from Chicago (sneakers, cap, glasses, freckles, hoodie, T-shirt, skateboard, juice box, graham crackers, headphones, a basketball/football, etc, just to name a few examples). A full body/just the bears face would be cool to see. Something fun & cool for the kids, very bright colors to capture the attention as well & would look good on a T-shirt. I hope this description makes sense. Thank you!
