Project says Job Type PSD design only

The current budget suffices for 2 pages psd design only - not all pages designed or CSS coded or php integrated or backend or ecommece integrated for this small budget.
Also please guarantee the project if you wish the best designers to work on it

Hi. Do you accept Corel Draw or Adobe Illustrator formats?

Im not sure what it means PSD only, probably system put that option there.
