Logo Design Brief

I need a very simple and professional looking logo with the company name as text to the right of the shape, for an engineering consultancy company called "Supply Engineering". I would like to base the logo on an old favorite album cover called "AFX Hangable Auto Bulb", this logo has a lot of parallels with the company's work, and as you can see is very simple - please google the album cover to see what I mean. The colors of brown, green and black are also related and I would like to keep this in the ultimate design.
Ideally the logo will be very similar to the AFX album title (whilst respecting copyright laws obviously) and have the writing "Supply Engineering" beside it on the right. The logo will be used on websites, business cards, letter heads, invoices etc, so please provide all possible formats.

• circles & green, black brown. Simple the better. Colours to be slightly see through and not solid. Both will be welcome though in case solid colors work better. Logo text to be professional text.
